HBC is a safety helmet manufacturer serving PPE distributors, private-label brands and project procurement teams. For more than 12 years, we have combined in-house molding, assembly, testing and export packaging to deliver industrial, electrical and work-at-height head protection for global markets.
Our role goes beyond supplying a catalog. We help buyers match products to target standards, customize key components and move from sample approval to stable bulk production with clear communication at every stage.
Manufacturing Capacity You Can Plan Around
Production is supported by a 6,000 m² facility, 17 injection-molding machines and 21 testing devices. Our 20-member quality team checks incoming materials, molding, assembly and finished goods, while combined factory capacity reaches up to 10,000 helmets per day. This integrated setup gives buyers better control over product consistency, customization and delivery schedules.
