Yes. For US projects, we prioritize models supported by applicable ANSI/ISEA Z89.1 test documentation. Selected configurations may also be supported by EN 397, EN 12492, EN 50365, EN 812, UKCA or AS/NZS 1801 documents. Standards, editions and document scope vary by model, so please confirm the exact configuration before ordering.
You gain direct factory coordination, OEM/ODM support and in-house quality control from one supplier. Our 6,000 m² facility operates 17 injection-molding machines and 21 testing devices, supported by a 20-member QC team and combined capacity of up to 10,000 helmets per day.
Yes. Tell us the worksite hazards, target market, required standard and whether you need top or lateral impact protection, electrical insulation, a chin strap, visor or hearing protection. We will recommend suitable models and clarify the available test documents.

Products
Our range includes industrial hard hats, electrical safety helmets, work-at-height helmets, full-brim fiberglass and carbon-composite helmets, bump caps, and compatible eye and hearing-protection accessories. Other PPE categories can also be consolidated into one order.
Type I is designed for impact to the top of the head. Type II addresses impact to the top and sides. Choose according to your job-hazard assessment and local requirements, then confirm that the selected model and configuration are covered by the required test report.
Class C provides no electrical insulation. Class G and Class E helmets are proof-tested at 2,200 V and 20,000 V respectively under specified laboratory conditions; these test voltages are not safe working-voltage ratings. Classification is model- and configuration-specific.

Yes. Samples for available models are typically prepared within 7 days after the specification is confirmed. Customized samples or new-mold projects may require additional time, which will be stated before you proceed.
The MOQ for selected core helmet models starts at 200 pieces. It may vary with the model, color, accessories, logo method and packaging. Submit an inquiry with your specifications to unlock a factory-direct wholesale quotation.
Customization
Depending on the model and required standard, we can customize shell color, logo, suspension, chin strap, reflective elements and packaging. Compatible visors, helmet-mounted hearing protection and other accessories may also be configured for selected helmets.
Yes. We support suitable logo-printing options plus custom color boxes, hang tags, stickers, labels and shipping marks. Packaging is reviewed against your brand guidelines and destination-market labeling requirements before production.
Yes. We provide OEM branding, ODM configuration support and new-mold development for qualified projects. Our team coordinates specifications, design review, sampling, testing requirements, mass production and export packaging through one workflow.
Yes. A pre-production sample can be arranged to confirm color, logo placement, suspension, accessories and packaging. Standard sample preparation is typically about 7 days after requirements are finalized; new molds and complex configurations follow a separate schedule.
Yes. Our combined factory capacity reaches up to 10,000 helmets per day. Capacity is scheduled across all helmet lines, so the delivery plan is confirmed according to the model mix, customization and order quantity.
Send the target model or application, destination market, required standard, quantity, color reference, vector logo, suspension and chin-strap requirements, accessories, packaging and delivery date. We will review feasibility and return a sample and production plan.
Service
A dedicated coordinator follows your order through model selection, quotation, sampling, specification approval, production updates, inspection and shipping preparation. This gives you one clear contact for requirements, schedules and documents.
We inspect incoming materials, conduct in-process sampling and perform batch-based outgoing checks. Applicable tests may include impact, penetration, flammability, electrical insulation, chin-strap strength and lateral deformation. Test documents are available for supported models, and third-party inspection is welcome.
Payment
Payment terms are quoted according to the order value, product configuration, customization and production schedule. Flexible terms may be considered for eligible orders; the final currency, deposit and balance conditions will be stated in the pro forma invoice.
Before payment, your dedicated coordinator confirms the model, configuration, quantity, price, lead time, packaging and beneficiary information in a formal pro forma invoice. Always verify any requested change of bank details with your established HBC contact before transferring funds.
Shipping
Samples for available models are typically prepared within 7 days. Regular bulk production is typically about 20 days after specifications and order conditions are confirmed. New molds, complex customization or mixed-product orders may require more time; the agreed schedule will be stated before production.
Yes. We offer recyclable export cartons and can customize color boxes, hang tags, stickers, labels and shipping marks. Reinforced packing is available for FCL and LCL shipments, and our team can coordinate production completion with your nominated forwarder or agreed shipping plan.
