01

Standards-Backed Impact Protection

The clear-lens configuration passed Level C high-speed impact testing under EN ISO 16321-1:2022 and the applicable high-velocity impact requirements of ANSI Z87.1-2020.

02

Clear Optical Performance

More than 90% luminous transmission helps maintain clear jobsite visibility, while tested optical power, prism imbalance and scattered-light values support comfortable daily use.

03

Protection Without a Separate Headband

The visor mounts directly to a compatible safety helmet, reducing additional straps and keeping head and eye protection together as one practical PPE system.

04

Clear or Silver Lens Options

Choose the clear lens for general indoor and outdoor work. A silver-coated optical lens is also available for reduced visible-light transmission, subject to separate SKU and document confirmation.

Application

Designed for occupational environments requiring helmet-integrated protection against flying particles and mechanical impact. Final selection must reflect the workplace hazard assessment and confirmed helmet compatibility.

The clear-lens configuration is covered by a Module B EU Type-Examination Certificate to EN ISO 16321-1:2022. A separate Intertek report records testing to ANSI/ISEA Z87.1-2020.

The EN-tested configuration achieved Impact Level C, corresponding to high-speed particle testing at approximately 45 m/s. The ANSI report also records a pass for high-velocity impact.

Yes. The clear, non-filtering PC lens achieved 90.7-91.0% luminous transmission in the EN test report. The ANSI test recorded approximately 92% transmission.

Yes. Model SF-G03-05 is available with a silver-coated optical lens. Its separate optical report recorded approximately 18-19% visible-light transmission and a scale number of L2.5. Its impact and certification scope must be confirmed separately.

No. SF-G03 is a visor attached to a safety helmet. It is not a sealed chemical-splash, gas or fine-dust goggle unless additional documentation specifically confirms those applications.

The available documents do not verify an anti-fog performance claim. Anti-fog should only be advertised for a specific lens configuration supported by the corresponding test evidence.

No universal compatibility should be assumed. The helmet shell, mounting points, adapters and final assembled configuration must be confirmed before ordering.

Lens color, branding and packaging options can be discussed for OEM/ODM orders. Any change to the lens, coating, mounting structure or material must be checked against the applicable certification documents.
