01

Choose the Right Configuration

Select SF-08B for fixed ventilation, 6-point suspension and low-temperature project requirements. Choose SF-08C when adjustable airflow is the priority.

02

Better Airflow for Demanding Work

Vented shell designs help release heat during active work. SF-08C allows workers to open the airflow path in hot conditions and close it when additional debris control is needed.

03

Secure Fit Without Blocking Vision

The short-brim profile improves upward visibility, while the rear ratchet allows quick size adjustment. Compatible chin-strap configurations help keep the helmet stable during movement.

04

Built for OEM and Project Orders

Customize shell colors, logos, suspension systems, chin straps and export packaging. Model-specific documents can be reviewed before sampling and bulk production.

Application

Recommended for general industrial workplaces requiring top-impact protection and ventilation. SF-08B is suited to low-temperature industrial projects, while SF-08C supports improved airflow in hot or humid conditions. Class C models provide no electrical insulation and should not be used as electrical safety helmets.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUSTIONS

Model Selection, Standards & Customization

SF-08B uses fixed ventilation and a 6-point suspension and is available with EN 397 -30°C optional performance. SF-08C features larger side vents and an adjustable open/close airflow control for hotter workplaces.

Tested configurations of SF-08B and SF-08C have been assessed to ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2014 (R2019) Type I Class C requirements. Confirm the exact model, markings and report scope before ordering.

No. The current EN 397 certificate applies to SF-08B in the specified configuration. SF-08C should not be marketed as EN 397 certified unless separate supporting documentation is provided.

SF-08C has an adjustable open/close ventilation system. SF-08B uses fixed ventilation openings that cannot be closed.

Class C head protection provides impact protection but no electrical insulation. Do not use these models where protection from electrical conductors is required.

These configurations are industrial Type I hard hats. They should not be marketed as EN 12492 climbing or work-at-height helmets. Choose a separately tested model such as SF-08C-02 for those applications.

Available options include shell color, logo printing, suspension, chin strap, labels and export packaging. Customization availability and MOQ depend on the selected model and specification.
